|Recommended: YesLimpieza — Todo está muy limpio y las zonas verdes siempre están limpias, pero dentro de las propiedades de 1 cuarto hay muchos malos olores y los pisos no son limpios, si las áreas verdes y los jardines están muy limpios porqoe dentro de los apartamentos ay tanto mal olores a cigarro

|Recommended: Yesme and my fiance and our daughter have lived here since july and have absolutely loved it every step of the way it’s not only affordable but we absolutely love all the amenities that come with it . maintenance is absolutely amazing i was shocked when i put in a request late at night and they where at my door as soon as i had woken up the next morning . staff here is kind and supportive. i had one complaint due to noise from a neighbor and management handled it extremely well letting me know that they will do what they can . i have never been happier in a place

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely love it here — The staff is absolutely amazing they genuinely care about every resident living here . The maintenance staff is also as amazing i put in a request for service the night before and the next morning they were at my door fixing the problem .

|Recommended: YesHands down the best complex I've lived in — I've lived in tons of apartments and this one is definitely the best out of southern Indiana Louisville area. The staff are incredibly friendly, super helpful and respond quickly. Maintenance is insanely fast and they actually fix it most of the time, same visit . The pool is probably my favorite thing about it besides the location and it remaining affordable despite inflation. I've never had any issues with neighbors and while there's tons of kids you don't really hear them even in the summer.

|Recommended: NoNeeds improvement — It's a good transition spot, to help you get back on your feet. However, I would like to see better management of the tenants not being able to smoke so close to the building. I shouldn't wake up to smelling smoke, in my home because a tenant couldn't wait to light up, to walk 8ft I am allergic to cigarette smoke

I completely understand how upsetting it can be to deal with cigarette smoke, especially when you're allergic to it. We take your concerns seriously and we do have rules and regulations in place per your lease. Smoking is not allowed in our hallways; however, we are not a smoke free community.

|Recommended: YesI just moved in. Today's my first day staying at the apartment. It's such a cute apartment, everything was clean and counters look like new. I love the huge windows. Shelby was amazing, she made my move in process so easy and made me feel like I am home. I would recommend anyone either living by themselves or looking for a family friendly place to call home to check the place out.

|Recommended: YesRecomendado al 1000 — Me encanta vivir en estos apartamentos de rivera Chase es un área muy tranquila sin ruidos se descansa a gusto todo organizado mantenimiento siempre activos al reportar un problema en el departamento por ejemplo de plomería responden al instante lo arreglan de inmediato en la parte de la oficina siempre te resuelven cualquier situación que presentes en el departamento son muy responsables en todo lo que hacen y una atención muy comoda y amable es mi mejor experiencia desde que estoy en river Chase
