|Recommended: YesI’ve lived at Riverchase Apartments for about five years now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The staff here are some of the best—always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever anything comes up. Maintenance is awesome and takes care of things promptly, which makes living here really easy and stress-free.
I’ve had no major issues during the time I’ve lived here, and it’s been a great place to call home. They also just finished renovating the pool area and it looks amazing If you’re looking for a place to live, I would definitely recommend Riverchase Apartments.

|Recommended: NoOffice Manger does not care — When initially moved to RiverChase it was awesome. 5 years later my rent is more than a mortgage. Price gouges on rent each year is outrageous. Not to add the tit for tat rules are bogus and it’s a fee for the tiniest of things such as blinds. Not to add the false report on credit and court documents. Would not recommend. Do not move here unless you don’t mind sucky management, don’t mind your packages getting stolen or even property including cars, bikes and E-scooter’s.

For packages and personal property, we recommend having deliveries sent to the office or being home on delivery days, as misdelivered packages are often the result of third-party carriers. Our community is friendly, and many residents have successfully returned misdelivered items by reaching out to the office. If you suspect theft, we encourage reporting it to both the office and local authorities so we can help keep the property secure.

|Recommended: NoRemodeling — The place is accessible but it needs to improve its infrastructure to make remodeling of the apartments.
Thank you for your feedback. The property was originally constructed in the 1970s; however, we have made significant ongoing improvements over time.
All apartment interiors have been remodeled within the past seven years, including infrastructure updates within the units. In addition, we have completed major capital upgrades across the community, including new HVAC systems, windows, roofs, and parking lots. Community amenities have also been enhanced, with upgrades to the pool, grilling pavilion, and other shared spaces.
As with many properties of this age, certain infrastructure enhancements are addressed progressively to support renovations and ensure long-term functionality. We carefully consider resident feedback as we plan future improvements.

|Recommended: Yesme and my fiance and our daughter have lived here since july and have absolutely loved it every step of the way it’s not only affordable but we absolutely love all the amenities that come with it . maintenance is absolutely amazing i was shocked when i put in a request late at night and they where at my door as soon as i had woken up the next morning . staff here is kind and supportive. i had one complaint due to noise from a neighbor and management handled it extremely well letting me know that they will do what they can . i have never been happier in a place
